Delivery Information

Kensun Inc. is pleased to pay the ground, air or sea freight on your qualifying order. The delivery is free and requires no taxes beyond the determined price. If there is an item on an order that does not qualify for free freight, the customer will be notified prior to shipment that additional charges may apply.

You have the option of having your ordered part shipped next day, with additional charges ($14).

Standard Shipping

Most standard delivery orders ship via Amazon.com. This means that the package(s) are delivered to your local post office. United States Post Service (USPS) then delivers your package(s) to the residence you mention while ordering. Therefore, you need to specify an address that can receive mail from the USPS if you are selecting Standard Shipping.

Standard Timeframe

Please allow around 5 business days for delivery after your order has been placed.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays;
Standard shipping orders take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday;
Standard shipping delivery takes around 5 business days. Exclusions apply;
Those orders which are delivered to remote areas like Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico usually take up to 10 business days;
The shipping method you choose at the checkout will determine how soon you can receive the product: Standard Shipping → Shipping takes around 5 business days (FREE);
Next Day Shipping → Shipped within 1 business day;
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday;
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern time on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
